Wake up and go straight to the fresh air

The property of the Villa Rosa has two different levels: On the upper floor there is a large, airy main living area, which almost becomes part of the outdoor area due to the large window and sliding door elements which floods the room with daylight. A well-equipped kitchen with adjoining dining area leaves nothing to be desired and affords one the opportunity to prepare the specialties of the island.

At the opposite end of the kitchen, there is a bedroom with a spacious marble bathroom. The upper living area is enclosed on the outside by a largely covered terrace, which is equipped with lounge furniture and another dining table. From here you can look down on the sea and the Es Vedra and let your mind wander or have a delicious breakfast, a lunch snack or enjoy the famous sunset in a beautiful setting  while dining together. 

From the terrace you reach the pool via two staircases. This is framed by a natural stone terrace where you can sunbathe, read and leave everyday life behind. Wake up in the morning and go directly from the bed to the pool terrace, let your eyes wander over the bay and perhaps before breakfast do a few laps in the pool. Three double bedrooms can be found on this lower level. They all have direct access to the pool terrace.
